The Jimmy John's / Dunkin' Donuts dual-concept restaurant on Convoy was a 2,514-square-foot tenant improvement, converting a former KFC restaurant into the first Jimmy John's / Dunkin' dual-concept location of its kind in the area. The project required extensive demolition and careful coordination to prepare the existing space for its new dual-brand operation. Our team performed comprehensive interior demolition, including the removal of floor tile, wall finishes, overhead partition walls, previous tenant fixtures and furnishings, two Ansul hood suppression systems, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, HVAC grilles, diffusers and ductwork, drywall, and suspended T-grid ceilings. We also managed approximately 25% of the project's demolition debris haul-off and recycling, ensuring materials were removed efficiently and disposed of responsibly.
Following demolition, our team completed the installation of equipment and fixtures required to achieve ADA compliance throughout the facility. Through precise installation, attention to detail, and strict adherence to project specifications, we helped deliver a safe, code-compliant restaurant fully equipped and ready for final inspections, commissioning, and successful day-to-day operation.
