The Jimmy John's / Dunkin' Donuts dual-concept restaurant at Montezuma was a 1,961-square-foot tenant improvement and the second dual-concept location of its kind in the area. This project required precise coordination and installation to support the operational needs of both restaurant concepts while maintaining compliance with all applicable building and accessibility standards.
Our scope of work included the installation of air curtains, Eliason traffic doors, and commercial shelving, along with the installation of restaurant equipment and fixtures required to achieve ADA compliance throughout the facility. Through careful attention to detail and quality workmanship, we helped deliver a fully functional, code-compliant restaurant ready for final inspections and successful day-to-day operation.
