Lamar Pacific successfully completed the tenant improvement for this 900-square-foot Jimmy John's location, providing comprehensive installation and project support from start to finish. Our scope included the installation of a dual-unit walk-in refrigeration system, custom millwork, countertops, kitchen equipment, storage shelving, and specialty fixtures throughout the facility.
We also completed the installation of equipment and accessories required to meet ADA accessibility standards throughout the kitchen and restroom areas, ensuring full code compliance and operational functionality. Upon completion of the project, our team performed all debris removal and recycling, leaving the site clean, organized, and ready for final occupancy.
