Lamar Pacific completed the 2,004-square-foot tenant improvement for this Jimmy John's restaurant, transforming a former Japanese restaurant into a fully operational quick-service restaurant (QSR). Our team managed a variety of specialty installations to ensure the space was functional, code-compliant, and ready for opening.
Our scope included the installation of custom millwork and countertops, a drive-thru service window air curtain, and a dedicated mobile order pickup station. We also installed restaurant equipment and accessories throughout the facility to achieve full ADA compliance, ensuring accessibility for both employees and customers.
Additional work included the assembly and installation of dining room furnishings, including custom booth seating, tables, and a front window bar-top seating area. To accommodate the new restaurant layout, our team also relocated an existing underground conduit serving the beverage dispensing station, coordinating the modification to support the revised floor plan.
As part of our turnkey services, Lamar Pacific also managed the removal, haul-off, and responsible recycling of all construction debris, maintaining a clean, organized job site throughout the project and preparing the space for final completion.
