Jimmy John's Garnet was a 1,043-square-foot tenant improvement involving the complete demolition and renovation of an existing commercial space. Our team performed selective demolition of the previous tenant improvements, including floor and wall tile, interior partition walls, suspended T-grid ceilings, hard-lid ceilings, walk-in refrigeration units, HVAC ductwork, light fixtures, overhead gas piping, electrical panels, water heaters, plumbing systems, and electrical conduit, preparing the space for the new restaurant build-out.
In addition to demolition, we managed the receiving, unloading, inspection, and uncrating of all owner-furnished equipment, fixtures, and architectural millwork. Our scope included the installation of custom millwork, countertops, shelving, restaurant equipment, fire extinguishers, and all required equipment and accessories necessary to achieve ADA compliance throughout the facility. Through careful coordination and quality craftsmanship, we helped deliver a fully functional, code-compliant quick-service restaurant ready for operation.
