Jimmy John's Otay was a 1,200-square-foot tenant improvement involving the complete demolition and renovation of a former tenant space. Our team performed selective demolition of the existing build-out, including floor tile, the Ansul hood suppression system, lighting, speakers, stainless steel wall panels, back-of-house FRP, doors and frames, suspended T-grid ceilings, glass sneeze guards, ceiling-mounted partitions, and decorative wall cladding, preparing the space for the new restaurant build-out.
Following demolition, we completed the installation of architectural millwork, countertops, shelving, and restaurant equipment, including fixtures and accessories required to achieve ADA compliance throughout the facility. Our scope also included the removal, haul-off, and recycling of all demolition and general construction debris, ensuring the site remained clean, organized, and ready for each phase of construction.
